The hotel was conveniently located near Brisbane Convention Centre, South Bank, Grey St, restaurants, cafes, bars, and transit. The rooms were clean, tidy, and comfortable. However, the check-in experience was disappointing, making us feel unwelcome due to booking a cheaper deal. The overall stay was average and could have been improved.

I found the hotel to be quite practical for my needs. Despite a few setbacks, the overall experience was pleasant. The convenient location and efficient service made up for the minor inconveniences. I would consider staying here again in the future.
